Davide Ancora, our chef, hails from Taranto. He's young but has a clear vision: starting from Puglia, without stopping at nostalgia. The dishes we offer are rooted in Mediterranean tradition but aren't meant to be replicas. Here, we dare with balance, cooking to share.
WHAT ARE WE COOKING?
The menu changes frequently and is always clearly displayed on a blackboard. Our offerings are inspired by what's fresh, delicious, and seasonal, with an eye for quality and a focus on the latest inspiration. No copycat dishes, no standard formulas.
The desserts? Always fresh, never boring. Water and cover charge are reasonably priced. If you want to know if there's something for you, come and read the blackboard. And if in doubt, ask the host.
