OUR CHEF
Davide Ancora, our chef, comes from Taranto. He is young but has a clear vision: to start from Apulia without dwelling on nostalgia. The dishes we offer are rooted in Mediterranean tradition but are not mere replicas. Here, we dare with balance and cook to share.
WHAT DO WE COOK?
The menu changes often and is always clearly written on a blackboard that never gets boring. Our offerings come from what is fresh, good, and in season, with one eye on quality and the other on the inspiration of the moment. No photocopied dishes, no standard formulas.
Desserts? Always fresh, never trivial. Water and cover charge cost what they should. If you want to know if there’s something for you, come read the blackboard. And if you’re in doubt, ask the host.
